Designations

Real Estate Professionals can take additional training and educational classes to enhance the service they provide to their clients.  These courses will vary considerably depending on the type of client the agent wishes to attract.

The classes can be expensive to take and certifications must be renewed annually for a fee paid to the program owners and administrators.  For this reason, the agent has to decide yearly which designations are important to him to attract that client base.  I'm sure there are lot's of agents out there that have taken the classes yet have decided that the cost of the yearly membership is not worth keeping the designation active.
